1. The Power of Small Group Networking
Each group will have a maximum of 6 participants which encourages interaction and the formation of trusted relationships. It's a "truism" that people will help people they know and like.
2. Exclusivity
The executives you meet will be leaders in their profession. Each participant in your balanced peer group will have approximately the same number of years of experience in their work history and will be at comparable compensation levels.
3. Structured
Facilitation
Each of the networking sessions will be led by a qualified facilitator. The discussions are designed for you to get to know your colleagues really well in order to get "behind the resume."
4. New Perspectives
Through questions asked by the facilitator as well as by your colleagues, you will get fresh insights into your personal career management.
5. Information Sharing
Do you want to serve of a Board of Directors? Do you want to teach at the university level? Do you want to start a consulting firm? Do you want to raise venture capital money? There is a high level of collective wisdom in each group and the participants will be able to help each other find workable solutions to their questions.
6. High Touch
We are with you for the long term. The relationship doesn't stop at the end of the 4 weeks. The facilitator will periodically follow up with you to answer questions or address issues. Your group participants will also follow up with you. You now have a Board of Advisors and these business colleagues are also your friends.
