Our agenda follows a structured process that begins with general information about your background and each consecutive week focuses, on a deeper level, on what makes you unique.

It takes time for a group to really learn about each other and to develop relationships that will last.

It is important that you commit to the process in order to get the benefits of the networking and facilitated discussion.

6. Is Coffee & Conversation outplacement?

No. We do not provide workshops on how to write a resume or on interviewing skills. We do not provide an office for you to make phone calls. We do offer the power of peer-to-peer small-group networking and career management coaching.

7. Is Coffee & Conversation executive coaching?

No. We do not focus on individual problems, concerns or issues, but rather we help the group to get to know you as a holistic person.

8. Is Coffee & Conversation group therapy?

Definitely not!
